This includes: • Design templates • Digital Proofs • Ink Drawdowns on actual stock for any PMS or special match colors • Production mock-up Please take a look at the diagram below for a timeline of the making of a Z-CARD:

	Process

	Design templates: Once you decide on a size we will email you the design templates, which include your design and prepress checklists, the outer card template and the inner sheet template. Preflight + Proofing: Once we receive your artwork we will then take your files and create pre proofs for your review. Manufacturing: Upon final sign-off of proofs we will then begin the printing, folding and binding process. Materials + Stocks: Our standard outer card stocks are 10pt or 18pt C1S (coated 1 side) board. And our standard inner sheet stock runs from (40# - 60#). Turn around times: Turn-around times will vary depending on size and quantities. Your sales representative will be able to give you a more detailed timeline.
	Our standard outer card stocks are either Carolina Board C1S (coated 1 side) or styrene. Offset, coated and matte for the inner sheets. If you’d like to use a different stock please talk to your sales representative.
