These patents also are significant as they cover the only commercially effective means of manufacturing PocketMedia® products in the U.S, Canada and abroad. |
| Our brand and product portfolio is protected by, among others, the following registered trademarks: Z-CARD®, the Z-CARD® logo, PocketMedia®, Z-Guide® and Z-Map®. |
| Z-CARD® North America retains the right to require that each Z-CARD® produced carries patent and trademark notifications. |
| We have conducted successful legal proceedings with respect to patent and copyright infringement and will continue to protect our proprietary property and patents when necessary. |
